Membership Terms
Validity: Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of verified payment activation.
Availability: Membership alone does not guarantee accommodation availability. Bookings are subject to residence availability at the time of request.
Identity Verification: Guest identity verification must be completed before accommodation access is granted.
Cancellation: Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. If payment is not verified, no membership is created and no charge is taken.
Renewal: Membership must be renewed annually. Expired memberships lose all booking privileges immediately.
Suspension: AL-YANNI reserves the right to suspend memberships for breach of house rules or guest conduct policies.
Payment: Payment is processed securely. Card details are never stored on this website.
